Association of Women Journalists (AWOJO) will implement a project that will involve
Working with State and None State Actors in Uganda to develop a strategy on
media freedom and ensure that laws on national broadcasting protect the rights of
women journalists. The association plans to conduct a series of meetings, planning
workshops and roundtable discussions with different stakeholders in developing the
strategy
